Specifications include, but are not limited to: • CULINARY WATER BACKGROUND & DATA - Hold a project kick-off meeting, and regular progress meetings with staff. - It is expected that there will be sufficient regular progress meetings, reviews and comments/feedback. It is expected that there will be detailed reviews by staff and council at the following submittals: 40%, 80% and 100%. - Delineate service areas and land use areas - Populate the land use areas - Install permanent meter to monitor flows of Broadhollow Spring to determine spring’s full discharge. - Prepare a memorandum summarizing the findings • CULINARY WATER SYSTEM MODELING - Create a GIS-based water model in InfoWater; license already owned by city - Calibrate model - Provide model scenarios for winter and summer configuration including booster station being on or off. - Field test 5% of hydrants to confirm model calibration - Project population growth - Develop future model scenarios - Prepare and summarizing the findings
