Specifications include, but are not limited to: i. The administrative and programmatic activities involved in outreach and enrollment, training, lead education, communications, sample collection, sample analysis, response to results of analysis, recommending corrective action, establishment of routine practices, and recordkeeping as required to assist program Participants in successfully completing their local testing program to mitigate lead exposure. ii. Activities supporting TCEQ’s adherence to EPA’s WIIN 2107 Grant Agreement requirements, the LTSCC Program QAPP, and LTSCC Program processes and procedures. iii. Coordination to ensure timely provision of instruction and materials, and ability to respond to Participants questions and concerns. iv. The maintenance and provision of records throughout all stages of the project and delivery of reports as requested.
