Specifications include, but are not limited to: 2.1.1.Create, distribute, and consolidate results of COVID-19 Organization/Functional Area Surveys. 2.1.1.1. Each survey may include up to 100 individuals. 2.1.1.2. Expected number of surveys is between 60 – 85. 2.1.2.Host COVID-19 After Action Meetings. 2.1.2.1. Each meeting may include up to 100 individuals. 2.1.2.2. Each meeting may last up to 4 hours. 2.1.2.3. Contractor will provide all support for these meetings, including facilitation, note taking, and registration. 2.1.2.4. Each meeting must be available in-person with a virtual option for participants unable to attend in person. 2.1.2.5. Contractor is responsible for securing software/hardware required for a virtual option. 2.1.2.6. State is responsible for securing space. 2.1.2.7. Expected number of meetings is 60-95
