Specifications include, but are not limited to: The scope of work includes removing the existing foam and built-up roofing system including insulation down to the existing metal decking. Remove all existing metal fascia, gutters, and downspouts. Install new polyisocyanurate insulation, polyisocyanurate tapered insulation (1/8" / 1'-0") as indicated, 1/2" cover board, and new 60 mil. Fleece backed, class "a" fire rated, mechanically fastened. FM-I90 single-ply roofing system, install all new prefinished metal fascia, gutters and downspouts with a 2 coat fluorocarbon painted finish. Close off all abandoned penetrations prior to installation of new roof system. Provide new pre-cast concrete splash blocks at the bottom of all downspout for Design building. Replacement in kind of four (4) roof top air conditioner heatpump units at Admin building. Perform Work of Contract under Lump Sum Total Cost Contract with Owner in accordance with Conditions of Contract.
