Specifications include, but are not limited to:. The Helena Valley Irrigation District (HVID) is soliciting Qualifications for engineering, planning and grant writing /administration services. The HVID may utilize the selected firm for all engineering and/or grant writing/administration services requested by the HVID. The agreement and payment terms will be negotiated with the selected offeror. The services to be provided may include, but are not limited to: • Preliminary Engineering Reports; • irrigation infrastructure replacement/rehabilitation design; • surveying; • mapping; • planning services; • grant writing and administration; • construction administration; and • any other services the HVID deems necessary for the project. There is no guarantee that the HVID will require any number of the above services, and the agreement with the selected offeror will allow for termination of any or all the services at any time during the contract period.
