Specifications include, but are not limited to:The Project consistsprimarilyofinstalling environmentalimprovements toapproximately 600 linear feet of Capehart Brook, known from previousstudies asReachA5.The Work includes, but is not limited to, the excavation of specified areas and creation of astream channel to better supportseasonal and year-round aquatic organisms, various plantings in andnear the streams,treeplantings to limit vehicle movement and damage to the site; trash removal on thesite and in the stream from Finson Road to the project site; surface restoration; bypass pumping, erosioncontrol, and other related tasks. This work is to be completed during the permitted time period of July 15to October 1,2021 and in accordance with Maine DEP NRPA PBR.
