Specifications include, but are not limited to: 2.2.1.1 Review and ensure compliance with applicable Partnership Documents including but not limited to Regulatory and Operating Agreements, Land Use Restriction Agreements, Amended and Restated Limited Partnership Agreements and other such governing documents as necessary; 2.2.1.2 Ensure compliance with income limit commitments made in the tax credit applications and included in the LURAs; 2.2.1.3 Ensure adherence to Compliance Rules: 2.2.1.3.1 Nevada Administrative Code 2.2.1.3.2 Federal Housing Tax Credit Regulations; 2.2.1.3.3 Internal Revenue Code Section 42; 2.2.1.3.4 Relevant IRS Rulings; 2.2.1.3.5 Relevant Treasury Regulations; 2.2.1.4 Electronic Compliance Reporting Filing Agreement; 2.2.1.5 Owner’s Designation of Administrator of Accounts; 2.2.1.6 Provide written reports of pending and/or proposed federal and/or state regulatory and legislative amendments.
