Construction of two shelters to house or cover existing 480 to 12240 single phase dry step-down transformers to protect the integrity of the transformers and public safety, replacing all existing compromised breakers, possibly upgrading from 15KVA to 25KVA for load, utilizing existing CT cabinets. Water: Upgrading East Beach Campground water spigots by replacing up to 32 old water spigots within the campground and adding 5 (frost free) to additional sites where they are currently shared. Repairing underground water valve in well to supply adequate water to sites. Engineer to coordinate with DEQ and Local South East Public Health Department.
