Specifications include, but are not limited to: This Project consists of providing all labor, materials, earthwork, and incidentals necessary for clearing, grubbing, and stockpiling of vegetative materials; installing, maintaining, and removing storm water erosion controls; improving/constructing, maintaining, and reclaiming/restoring haul roads; temporary modification to existing bridges along the designated primary haul road; providing, installing, and removing a temporary bridge across the Little Blackfoot River to access mine waste; removing, hauling, and placing approximately 1,850 cubic yards of mine waste material located at the Blackfeet 1 (Pile 5) at a stockpile area located near the Luttrell Repository within Basin Creek Mine; grading and shaping of mine waste removal and other disturbed areas; installing and removing a temporary stream diversion within the Little Blackfoot River; constructing a vegetative streambank stabilization feature along approximately 100 feet of the Little Blackfoot River; supplying, stockpiling, and placing imported materials (Class 2 riprap, rock fill, growth media) for construction of the vegetative streambank stabilization feature and Site reclamation; regrading and revegetating disturbed areas; and spreading slash.
