Specifications include, but are not limited to: The District is home to the JPS Oncology & Infusion Center, a cancer care facility which is accredited by the American College of Surgeons and nationally recognized for providing quality cancer care. At the center, the District offers state-of-the-art care to patients with cancer and blood disorders. The District provides laboratory, pharmacy and social services in addition to radiology, chemotherapy and general clinical treatment. In order to provide this integrated oncology care, the District seeks qualified and appropriately licensed professionals to provide additional specialized services including occupational dosimetry, imaging equipment/room evaluation, imaging equipment inventory, radiation protocol and dose monitoring/optimization, regulatory inspection assistance, regulatory meetings, staff education, and a radiation dose tracking solution that complies with regulatory requirements. The District may award one contract or may elect to award multiple contracts to multiple vendors. For example, educational support may be awarded to one vendor and medical physicist services to another vendor.
