Specifications include, but are not limited to: Ideas for communicating and educating current and potential riders on Trinity Metro services, including fixed-route bus service, express bus routes, TEXRail, micro-transit (on-demand rideshare service ZIPZONE), circulators including The Dash and Molly the Trolley, special services driven by promotions and events, plus vanpool/carpool (rideshare) programs. Promotional activities for rider retention and attracting new riders on Trinity Metro services. Trinity Metro will launch A Better Connection, a comprehensive bus system redesign and implementation plan, in August 2021. This RFP should address any special campaigns the agency would propose to educate riders of the major changes in the bus system and increase ridership across the new routes. Suggestions for promoting ridership on TEXRail, Trinity Metro’s highest profile service, as well as Trinity Railway Express (TRE), a shared service with Dallas Area Rapid Transit. A coordinated marketing plan with a data-driven approach to strategic initiatives, as well as how various data sources may be leveraged to measure agency goals, optimize campaigns and respond to challenges. The marketing plan should include defined target audiences, diverse design/message concepts, and key performance indicators to gauge success of the plan.
