Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Inspection of SD GFP Owned Buildings and Utilities o Inspections shall follow guidelines set forth by National Electric Code (NEC), Uniform Plumbing Code (UPC), International Building Code (IBC), International Fire Code (IFC) and the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Provide an inspection report that shall include the following: • Line items described on the checklist form shall be filled out (see attached document). • Visual inspection for safety. • Visual inspection for up to date/code electrical. • Visual inspection for up to date/code plumbing. • Visual inspection for ADA accessibility. • The Consultant shall provide pictures and recommend repairs to the facility. • The Consultant shall provide a cost estimate for repairs to the facility
