Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Develop a site plan/concept plan for a three (3) + acre Bike Park/Pump Track. • Develop Construction Drawings & Specifications for the Bike Park/Pump Track. o Construction plans MUST be stamped by a licensed architect & engineer licensed in the State of Idaho. • Develop design cost estimates and construction cost estimates • Construct the Bike Park/Pump Track per approved plans and specifications. • The final design (Construction Drawings, Specifications and detailed budget; overall master plan) shall be completed and transmitted to the City in a standard non-proprietary format 2 of 4 such as CAD and PDF. The final plans (Construction Drawings, Specifications and the Master Plan) and any and all related documents shall be the exclusive property of the City of Meridian.
