Specifications include, but are not limited to: The State of South Dakota, Department of Transportation (SDDOT), is issuing this Request for Proposal to select a qualified Consultant to advise the SDDOT for implementing paperless “E-construction” practices and tools to modernize SDDOT project delivery and management processes. The Consultant will review current SDDOT tools and processes for design and construction management, conduct a gap analysis, summarize industry best practices, and identify potential vendors to implement systems including but not limited to, document storage, document sharing/transfer, and other industry-standard project management tools, and preform a software/hardware analysis and cost estimates to procure off-the-shelf products. Then work with SDDOT to recommend alternatives and develop an implementation plan.
