Specifications include, but are not limited to: Provide two (2) local, on-demand customer success managers Give biweekly, adjustable, thematic reports on customer specifications Provide quarterly organizational review planning Develop both general – and specialized – social media metrics Develop and monitor test messaging and potential ROI based on developed metrics Analysis of responsive posts in real time Monitoring of keywords and data collection from actual social mentions Utilize and incorporate social listening techniques to project and incorporate future actions Extract relevant information from social media monitor and listening tools Generate responses to data information proactively to improve social media strategy o Co-construct short-, mid and long-term social communications strategy
