Specifications include, but are not limited to: •Develop and direct a strategic plan to advance the NWCUD mission and principles. •Work with the Finance sub-committee to research and identify potential funding opportunities.•Write, revise, and edit drafts including executive summaries and reports. •Coordinate with NRPC, who is currently filling the roles of clerk and treasurer. •Ensure business and financial objectives are met by providing leadership and direction.•Implement operating procedures to comply with state and federal regulations. •Interpret and implement objectives and directives adopted by the Governing Board. •Serve as a company representative before regulatory agencies, legislative bodies, and industry associations as assigned by the Communication sub-committee.•Provide technical information and advice to the Governing Board regarding industry issues in collaboration with the PMO sub-committee.•Participate in the Governing Board and all committee meetings and leads strategic planning activities. •Performs all other related duties.
