Partial Renovations to the 66,350 GSF building, focusing on Improvements to Student Success Center. Restroom renovations to meet Code requirements. Mechanical work includes replacement of the buildings’ 4 penthouse air handlings units, 3 boilers, chiller (completed), and pumps. All ductwork throughout the building will be replaced and includes a new building automation system. New electrical power and data, as well as LED lighting throughout. Also includes exterior improvements to upgrade the main entrance to be ADA accessible. Trades included in Renovations: Selective Demolition, Architecture, Openings, Glazing, FFE, Ceilings, Lighting, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Misc.
