Specifications include, but are not limited to:. Vendor must assist State staff with all financial monitoring and reconciliation of funding received by the State through ARP. Tasks may include: Ongoing collection, review, and remittance of information necessary to meet the reporting requirements outlined in the ARP and any subsequent guidance; Reviewing expenditure proposals for compliance with Roadmap and associated Federal guidance; Providing client staff guidance on the management and intended uses of ARP funds as detailed in the roadmap; Providing quality assurance, including maintenance of records and meeting audit requirements; Any other tasks related to the tracking, management, or oversight of ARP funds as directed by client staff.
