Specifications include, but are not limited to: In accordance with the provisions of Texas Government Code Chapter 2166, and Rules and Procedures adopted by the Texas Juvenile Justice Department (TJJD), TJJD is requesting submittal of Proposals, using Bid Proposal form, Exhibit A to provide construction services for a Chiller, Boiler and HVAC Replacement Project at Giddings State School. The selected Contractor will be expected to provide all materials, labor, coordination, and supervisory activities necessary to complete construction of this project as more fully described in the Exhibit B, Engineering Report, which includes specifications and other Contract Documents prepared by Halff Associates, Inc.
