Specifications include, but are not limited to: The goal is for the Water Street District to become both a place to callhome and a community gathering space by offering a collection of retail, professional services, family activities, art exhibits, nightlife entertainment, employment centers, and educational opportunities. Several recently completed redevelopment projects will help make that vision a reality.
