Specifications include, but are not limited to: This will be a yearly contract to support Strategic Enrollment Management and the Finance department on a daily basis. Responsibilities and directions will be provided by the Vice President of Strategic Enrollment Management and the Vice President of Finance. Delaware State University seeks the services of consultants to provide services in finding, programming, correcting the errors, and in assisting the university in overall support of the Banner application. The consultants will also provide training of the appropriate University personnel. The vendor must have strong experience in the following areas: • Finance o Creating and modifying Chart of accounts: o Training and support for the Controller’s office o Student AR balance per the Student AR module support o Set up of detail codes – Review detail codes, provide training on their set up and suggest changes for process improvement. o Automatic student refunding o Cash Management in Banner: • Strategic Enrollment Management o Admissions Processing o Financial Aid Processing o Student Accounts Receivables
