Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Harlandale Independent School District (“HISD” or “District”) seeks to provide an Educational Diagnostician to conduct individual assessments and educational plans for students referred for special education. The District seeks qualified and licensed evaluation providers to develop individualized educational plans, conduct evaluations/eligibility per District and Federal Educational guidelines, and attend meetings with multi-disciplinary teams to discuss services. Educational Diagnostician provider must follow District standards for assessment/evaluation/eligibility and if eligible, develop individualized educational plans for those students eligible for services. Educational Diagnostician provider must comply with evaluation timelines as per federal law. Completed evaluations and documentation must be submitted prior to billing.
