Specifications include, but are not limited to: Qualified firms to provide a curb-to-gate solution with an integrated approach to replace, install, maintain, and administer Common Use Terminal Equipment (CUTE), Common/Shared Use Passenger Processing Systems (C/SUPPS), and all Information Display Systems (IDS) at Rhode Island T. F. Green International Airport (PVD). Currently, the airport uses the SITA CUTE platform and hardware throughout for passenger processing and Prodigiq for IDS and mobile application, apart from some airline back office locations. This platform is used by multiple airlines at PVD. The existing systems are aging and in need of upgrading and replacement. The new systems will meet the RIAC and airport stakeholders’ current needs and provide enhanced functionality for PVD in the future. The new systems will be implemented in a phased approach, replacing all existing equipment currently in place incorporating new technology, ideas, and features into a functional system designed to last the duration of (and beyond) this contract.
