Specifications include, but are not limited to: A.Supplier must ensure that all fitness equipment isin good working condition, operable and safe alwaysthroughquarterly preventative maintenance and immediate repairs.B.Equipment must be inspected on a regular basis. UALittle Rock requires supplier to maintain and calibratefitness equipment once every month or as recommendedby manufacturer.C.UA Little Rock will notify the supplier when thereare problems with the fitness equipment and suppliermust beable to repair or replace within 48 hours.D.Price shall include all costs of regular maintenanceand repairs. No additional costs shall be chargedfor themaintenance or replacement of equipment, to includeparts and labor.E.Supplier must coordinate with UA Little Rock representativeon the repairs and/or replacement of fitnessequipment.F.Supplier must be available within the working hoursof 7:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. No work shall be performedonholidays observed by UA Little Rock.G.All work described in the scope of services shallbe performed in the least inconvenient manner to UALittleRock employees and members. The amount of time thatnormal operations are interrupted must be kept toanabsolute minimum and shall be coordinated with theContract Administrator or designee.H.Supplier shall provide contact information for immediateresolution of issues. UA Little Rock may requireat anytime, based on utilization, to replace fitness equipmentcurrently installed at UA Little Rock facilities.
