Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Clean all common touch areas using EPA listed germicidal cleaners and disinfectants approved for the SARS-COV-2 cleaning procedures • Complete hygienic cleaning of all restrooms especially around toilets, urinals and sinks including the walls and floors around toilet, urinal areas and sink areas (Cleaning Toilet Rooms Specification, Custodial General Specifications), wipe and sanitize handrails, refill toilet paper leaving an extra roll(s) in the restroom, refill paper towels, soap, urinal tablets, ect. • Empty waste baskets; collect trash and recyclables; clean, sanitize and line waste baskets in common areas. • Vacuum all carpet. • Sweep, dry mop or vacuum all non-carpeted floors. • After sweeping damp mop all non-carpeted floors. • Sweep, dry mop or vacuum and then damp mop all chair mats • Low and mid-level dusting (Up to six (6) feet). • High level dusting (above six (6) feet). • Dust copier/printers and plotter in common areas • Dust and clean desks (if not being used), counters and windowsills. • Wash glass doors (both sides) if applicable, entry way glass (both sides). • Keep custodial closets clean and free of odors. • Maintain/clean all entry floor mats and runners. • Police all entrances to building; pick up trash, cigarette butts, etc.
