Specifications include, but are not limited to: The State of Delaware Division of Developmental Disabilities Services hereafter referred to as DDDS or “the Division”, seeks an agency to perform professional services known as Financial Management Services (FMS), using the Agency with Choice (AWC) model, for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities who are living at home with their families. The entity who will deliver AWC will be called the Agency with Choice Provider, who will serve as the Common Law Employer. The Agency with Choice Provider will be responsible for providing Financial Management Services to participants and/or the participant’s representative who choose self-directed supports for personal care and respite services .
