Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Removal and disposal of granite curb, and sidewalks. 2. Earthwork including excavation of unsuitable soils, placement and compaction of new gravel borrow material and grading. 3. Installation of common borrow as required. 4. Trimming and fine grading. 5. Dewatering operations. 6. Installation of filtrexx filter soxx including removal at the end of the project. 7. Excavation of test pits for utility locations and depth of cover. 8. Installation of a temporary chain link fence. 9. Installation of a new sidewalk drain (all inclusive). 10. Installation of new Portland cement sidewalk, including dowel for sidewalk tie in. 11. Maintenance and protection of traffic including flagpersons. 12. Cleaning and sweeping of pavement during and after the project. 13. Sawcutting of bituminous pavement and portland cement concrete. 14. Dust control. 15. Installation of new bituminous pavement 16. Installation of screened loam and seed. 17. Installation of erosion control blanket. 18. Removal, stockpiling, maintaining and replanting of shrubs/bushes. 19. Installation of mulch. 20. Other miscellaneous tasks as referenced on the Plans and in this Project Manual.
