Specifications include, but are not limited to: One or more contracts to furnish and/or deliver Staffing and Related Services. Respondents proposing Executive Search Services will provide services including but not limited to the below: Consult with member human resources representative to define needs. Advise member on likely availability of candidates, timelines, key terms, and other areas of importance. Search and place hard to recruit and critical, strategic, and/or executive positions on either a contingent fee or a retained fee basis. Recruiting and/or advertising for positions. Screen and assess potential candidates’ skills and suitability for a position. Furnish member-requested or standard ancillary services such as (background, reference, employment eligibility, driver record checks, etc.). Short-list and/or present candidates (per the member’s needs, either by resume or in person). Assist members and candidates with arranging interviews. Assist the member with questions about the candidate, and vice versa. Correspondence and communication with the candidate and client’s human resources department.
