Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City will provide for legal notice in the newspaper; however, any other requirement by State Statue shall be the vendors /contractors responsibility. The City shall be furnished with information which contains the Applicators Name, Contact Number(s), Chemical Used, SDS information, Fallout/Dry Out information. Vendor must have required licenses for the type of spraying that they will be doing. Pesticide applicator log shall be kept, detailing the following: Company, Applicator, License Number, Date, Start and Finish Times, Customer, Address, Site or Crop, Size of Treated Area, Targeted Pest, Weather Conditions (wind speed, direction, temperature and sky conditions), Herbicide & Diluents Applied, Rate Description (Undiluted, Mix and Mix Ratio) and Application Method. (a copy of the pesticide log must be submitted with the invoice for payment).
