Thisshim shall have 30 daysminimum to cureprior to the installation of the chip sealThis specification describes the requirements for materials, manufacture, and application of latex modified emulsion with aggregate cover, and shall consist of an application of hot latex modified emulsified asphalt and followed immediately with an aggregatecover material meeting the requirements of this specification.
