Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Contractor will complete appraisals for specific properties across the state at the State’s request. Properties will generally be open land including but not limited to large forestland tracts, wetland parcels, agricultural lands,and other undeveloped lands with public values such as recreational use. The appraisals will be completed to varying standards based on the funding source being used for a specific project. As a result, the cost of the appraisal for a specific project is expected to vary depending on the standard being requested. Standards for appraisals will include a restricted use report, a USPAP report and Yellow-book appraisals. When federal funding is being applied to the acquisition, the Contractor will be available to make any requested modifications to the appraisal based on the appraisal review which is required for the expenditure of federal funds. The appraisal will be provided to the state in digital format and paper copies will only be made on an as-needed basis.
