Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Provide access control at the designated public entrances of two City-owned facilities. 2. Greet individuals entering City Hall and City Council Chambers. 3. Inform members of the public about current screening procedures including, but not limited, to health screening protocols, security screening protocols, and the carrying of weapons. 4. Facilitate communication with Departments, using City provided phone in security booth, to request assistance for a member of the public or to request an escort for the individual to attend a confirmed, pre-scheduled meeting on site at City Hall. 5. Check required forms of documentation including, but not limited, to employee identification cards and valid concealed weapon permits.
