Specifications include, but are not limited to: Five year rental of Three(3) High Speed Printers satisfying or exceeding requirements and print volumes specified. All devices must be new current model and in excellent working condition (No discontinued, reconditioned, or re-manufactured models). Vendor will be required to make necessary provisions to ensure printers are ADA compliant. No State standard has been developed for the hardware. The pricing includes rental, warranty, delivery, installation, parts, repair and preventative maintenance, removal, training (as needed), all parts, labor, service, toner, and any shipping/handling charges (everything to operate the equipment excluding paper). Prices to remain firm for the entire term of the rental. Equipment remains the property of the Vendor. Vendor will be responsible for ALL taxes, fees and other costs related to the use of the rented equipment, parts and supplies.
