Specifications include, but are not limited to: The scope of work includes removing existing built-up roofing system including insulation down to the top of existing pre-cast concrete tees. Remove all existing metal fascia, and abandoned / capped roof penetrations. Install new polyisocyanurate flat board insulation, fully adhered, polyisocyanurate tapered insulation (1/8" / 1'-0" minimum) as indicated, fully adhered, 1/2" high density cover board, fully adhered, and new 80 mil., PVC single ply membrane roof system, class "a" fire rated, fully adhered. Fm-1-90, install new aluminum eave perimeter flashing. Existing roof plumbing and fresh air vents will need to be adjusted to accommodate new sloped roof system. Replacement in kind, of outdoor unit on the roof for split system. Removal of asbestos containing materials on the roof. Perform Work of Contract under Lump Sum Total cost contract with Owner in accordance with Conditions of Contract.
