Specifications include, but are not limited to: Civil Engineer For the Engineering and Design, Environmental Services, Permitting, Demolition, Construction and Acceptance of an Administrative Office Building for Marble Valley Regional Transit District. This Request for Proposal is MVRTD seeking firms to provide civil engineering services for the new Administration Building to be located at 165 Spruce Street, Rutland VT. The Civil Engineer is needed to provide specific information regarding permits, environmental assessment, planning and engineering. The project will be approximately 10,000 square feet for administrative and operations office space. Currently there is an approximately 2,000 square foot, two story dwelling on this site that will need to be demolished.
