The Contractor will provide analysis and research of the current TTUHSC brand, including but not limited to focus group research, market analysis, etc., to help inform a potential rebrand led by the TTUHSC Office of Communications and Marketing. TTUHSC is seeking a qualified brand research and development partner for the following: Budget will be set according to the strategy and different options offered by vendor: Anticipated Starting Budget: $200,000.00 Brand Research Execute in-depth research to evaluate existing internal and external perceptions and brand awareness of the university and clinical brands Provide data to evaluate and report on TTUHSC’s competitive standing as well as differentiation from peer organizations Analyze market research to educate the Communications and Marketing team on the best way to approach a new brand strategy and positioning that speaks to the unique story of TTUHSC Evaluate the brand’s ability to engage internal and external audiences and provide recommendations for optimization Evaluate the brand in all TTUHSC markets on a local, state and national level Evaluate brand equity of current TTUHSC and TTP brands Execute and synthesize qualitative and quantitative market studies
