Specifications include, but are not limited to: Qualified firms to provide planning / architectural / engineering services for the development of a Master Plan and Schematic Design Services for the creation of a new campground at Echo Lake in Pascoag, Rhode Island. RIDEM is soliciting proposals for development of a Master Plan and Schematic Design Services for a new state campground at Echo Lake. This project will identify a vision for provision of camper and visitor services for future generations. RIDEM envisions the new campground having the following features: • At least 50% full-size pass-through RV camp spots will full utilities. • Fishing and boating piers. • An upgraded/replaced/relocated boat ramp. • Fully updated utility lines. • Other recreational opportunities, including but not limited to hiking trails, interpretive signage, etc.
