Specifications include, but are not limited to: Custodial Services at 8 Federal Street, Augusta. Approximate Cleaning Space: 2,300 square feet. Hours of work: Twice a week. Service must begin no earlier than 2:15 pm and must be completed by 4:15 pm, Tuesday and Thursday. Hours and days of the week once set may only change with the approval of the Agreement Administrator. If employees are unable to be onsite during these agreed upon hours for any reason the Contractor must notify the Agreement Administrator prior to the start time, failure to do so can be considered poor performance and can be grounds to terminate the contract. If there is a holiday, State closure, the facility needs to restrict outside personnel or if the Contractor’s personnel cannot be at the job site as scheduled the day specific tasks are to be performed, the Contractor must coordinate a time with the Agreement Administrator to accomplish all contractually obligated tasks as soon as possible.
