Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Contractor must provide all labor, materials and any needed rental equipment to remove and dispose of the existing roof top unit and curb. The existing unit is listed below: a. York Model DH180N24A2AAA2A Serial #NLMM122233 Rooftop Package Unit (RTU) 2. Contractor must provide an alternate price for inclusion of cleaning of supply and return duct attached to this unit, including supply and return grilles. See Section 23 01 30.41 – HVAC System Cleaning 3. Contractor must provide and install: a. (1) One roof top 15 ton electric cooling/gas heating package unit as indicated in the Specification. b. Ductwork as needed to connect horizontal discharge unit duct connections to the existing rooftop ductwork. c. (1) One new roof curb d. Roof work as needed to integrate the new roof curb with the roofing membrane. e. (1) One Digital programmable thermostat f. Hardware g. Condensate piping h. Any other miscellaneous materials needed for a fully functional system – see specification 4. The power for this project is 208V 3 phase. a. DPS will provide all main power electrical for this project. b. It will be the contractor’s responsibility to connect the new unit mounted smoke detectors to the existing fire alarm system. c. Low voltage control wiring will be the contractor’s responsibility. d. A new control conduit will be installed from the unit control cabinet to the disconnect stand at the roof. This 1/2 inch sealtite conduit must be installed with the appropriate sealtite fittings. e. All conduit to be supported in accordance with the NEC.
