Arkansas Tech University seeks to engage a screen printer who will collaborate with the Office of University Marketing and Communication to provide screen printed apparel including but not limited to t-shirts, sweatshirts, polo shirts, and jackets. This Request for Proposals (RFP) outlines basic requirements for services to be provided. Arkansas Tech University is the client and makes no guarantee as to the number and size of projects, which may be awarded under this proposal. The capabilities and attributes being sought include: • A wide variety of in-house screen printing services • The ability to produce requested apparel projects efficiently and correctly • Communicate any project delays immediately • Produce timely invoicing
