Specifications include, but are not limited to: a) Examine, lubricate, clean and adjust all elevator components; replace any required parts i Examinations and adjustments must be made according to established procedures prescribed by the elevator manufacturer and in accordance with the elevator code. Parts furnished under this agreement must be the same as those used on the original equipment. Lubricants and greases must be of the highest quality and applied according to the elevator manufacturer’s recommendations. b) Inspect machine room equipment. c) Ride car, checking for any unusual noise or operation; check landing accuracy; check alarm bell; operate and check emergency stop switch; check sensitive edge and photocells; and make connections as needed.
