Specifications include, but are not limited to: Line 1—Trim trees Must thin and remove deadwood from 12 large trees around property Must remove any hazardous limbs for liability purposes. Must clean up all removed limbs Must evaluate the trees for future problems. Line 2—Remove tree back maple Must remove the diseased back maple by common area and sheds Must clean up all tree fallings Line 3—Stump grinding for the back maple Must grind the back, maple stump approximately 6"-8" below grade. Must clean up all grinding chips EBCRC is responsible for locating and repairing any water system that is damaged by the stump grinding Line 4—Remove tree front maple Must remove the front maple that is damaged and leaning towards the new building Must clean up all tree fallings Line 5—Stump grinding for the front maple Must grind the front, maple stump approximately 6"-8" below grade. Must clean up all grinding chips EBCRC is responsible for locating and repairing any water system that is damaged by the stump grinding Line 6—Stump grinding for two additional stumps in the grass area Must grind the grass area stumps approximately 6"-8" below grade. Must clean up all grinding chips EBCRC is responsible for locating and repairing any water system that is damaged by the stump grinding Line 7—Trim trees Must thin and elevate 2 medium trees at entry of property Must clean up all removed limbs Must remove any hazardous limbs for liability purposes.
