Specifications include, but are not limited to:. Replacement of an existing 85 foot diameter primary clarifier at the Watertown South Dakota Wastewater Treatment Facility. The project generally includes removal of the existing concrete, mechanism and under-slab piping and replacement with new, as well as removal of all demo material and site restoration (regarding, seeding, sidewalk replacements, etc.). The existing primary clarifier has an aluminum dome cover that will be reused. The Contractor will remove it prior to demolition of the existing clarifier and re-install on the new clarifier structure when completed. Modifications to the aluminum dome are also required, removing the existing effluent launder aluminum access hatches and replacing with fiberglass access covers.
