Specifications include, but are not limited to: Participate in weekly status calls. Perform weekly health checks of the Filenet system – to include: Content Engine Content Navigator Review of Filenet logs and Websphere error logs Contact IBM, open tickets with them as needed when additional assistance is needed to resolve an issue. Filenet support is expected to take approximately 8 - 10 hours per month with update periods requiring at least a few hours more. Install and test periodic updates as needed to Filenet components used by the Commission, including WebSphere platform in our Development, Test, and Production environments, in coordination with the CMS Application Support and Development team. These updates may include Oracle database updates as Filenet is currently implemented in an Oracle 12c R2 environment.
