Specifications include, but are not limited to: Mow vegetated portions of the tailing pile(s); • Maintain the conveyance of drainage features between the access road and the toe of the TP-1 tailing pile; • Perform minor repairs to cover system, drainage features, and site other features, such as the former borrow areas located east of TP-1 the south mine area, including wetlands, former TP-4 area, and the South Cut; • Maintain the rock cap for the two Copperas Factories, which includes removing vegetation from the rock cap, making minor repairs (if needed) of portions of the copperas factory walls and portions of the rock cap; • Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs of passive treatment system components. This includes maintenance, as needed, of the former passive treatment sediment basin, which will be used to place removed sediment and sludge from all maintenance activities; and • Cleanout toe drains and horizontal drains; and • Prepare health and safety plan(s) for the above tasks.
