Specifications include, but are not limited to: Facilitate Ryan White Quality Management Team b. Site Visits of Ryan White Program Service Providers c. Institute a statewide Continuing Education Program for Ryan White HIV Service Providers d. Develop, review, and/or update Ryan White Services Manual on an annual basis, as required to ensure client eligibility and program services are in compliance with Program Standards. e. Facilitation of HRSA Ryan White Careware f. Provide statewide technical assistance to Ryan White Program Service Providers identified by the Ryan White Grantee. g. Ensure compliance with HIV/AIDS Bureau of Program and Fiscal Monitoring Standards h. Ensure compliance with Quality Performance Measure defined by the Federal Government
