Specifications include, but are not limited to: Provide and install one new projector with a minimum resolution capability of 1080p. The projector shall have minimum of 6,000 Lumens. The projector shall be of a known brand with an above average service history (Sony, BenQ, Epson, Panasonic). The projector shall be ceiling mounted and properly secured – the existing ceiling is acoustic drop tile ceiling. The bidder shall provide and install one new motorized ceiling mounted projector screen with a minimum screen dimension of 120” and a 16:9 screen ratio. The screen shall be capable of being controlled by a separate remote-control device or via integrated laptop or touchscreen controls. The bidder shall provide and install four new LED flat panel monitors/televisions. The monitors/televisions shall have a minimum screen dimension of 55” – the exact screen size will be determined during the final planning stage of the project. Each monitor/television shall have 4k resolution capabilities. The monitor/television shall be of a known brand with an above average service history (Sony, Samsung, LG) The bidder shall provide and install user adjustable monitor/TV mounts. The bidder will cable each monitor with a service loop of sufficient cable length to allow for the monitors to be moved to a new mounting location on the wall should the training room floor plan change in the future.
