Specifications include, but are not limited to: Qualified firms to provide Architectural and Engineering Services for the renovations of the existing Office of the State Medical Examiners (OSME) building located at 900 Highland Corporate Drive in Cumberland, RI. Suite #301. 1. The building is a 20,000sqft one-story space with planned mezzanine expansion if need ed but, the goal is to have the renovation remain on a single floor without the creation of a mezzanine. 2. The existing space is in good condition. The goal is to utilize the existing layout as much as possible if it fits with the OSME program. 3. There are four refrigerated units of various sizes in the building which may require upgrades. Proposed refrigerated units will be required to have emergency power.
