Specifications include, but are not limited to: Demolish existing wall between Janitor’s Closet and Kitchen and wing wall between Janitor’s Closet and Dining Area. Demolish existing Janitor’s Closet door and frame and Infill wall to match. Demolish existing countertops, cabinets, sink, faucet, sink disposal unit, wall mounted microwave and stove. Maintain existing quarry tile flooring and install new to match in former Janitor’s Closet. Chip existing concrete floor slab as needed for installation of new quarry tile. Install new solid surface countertops, single bowl undermount stainless steel sink and faucet, new FRP backsplash, new under-cabinet lighting (LED plug-in style mounted underside of cabinet), new cabinets and new wire shelving above sink countertop. New range/stove to have manual gas shut-off, piezo ignition and CO2 monitor and alarm system. Existing countertop microwave to remain. Install the following Owner supplied new appliances: gas range/stove with exhaust hood, dishwasher and refrigerator Maintain existing Kitchen and Dining Area suspended ceiling grid- clean and paint. Install new ceiling tiles in existing grid up to existing soffit limits. Install new ceiling grid and tiles to match at expanded Kitchen in former Janitor’s Closet. Clean and paint existing HVAC ceiling diffusers.
