Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City will enter into a contract with the contractor who will be responsible for all aspects of the project. Including but not limited to: removal of existing scale, electrical connections, installation of the new scale, pouring of concrete (if applicable) and all finishes. The respondent contractor will be responsible, and must take responsibility, for the entire contract performance whether or not subcontractors are used. The successful candidate will provide a Project Manager acceptable to the Solid Waste Division with similar successful project experience who shall personally supervise the removal of scale, new installation, and post project completion. The Project Manager shall be the person: communicating with the owner's representatives, attending site meetings and preparing requisitions for payment. The Project Manager shall also attend (as requested) meetings to justify change orders or assist in construction problem resolution. This includes all project coordination, scheduling, sequencing and implementation.
